Paul took a look at everything and gave us several choices, triage-style. I felt like he listened to us and never tried to pressure us into anything we didn't want or need. He spoke intelligently about our problems and explained why he decided to solve them in the ways he did which gave us confidence in him. I appreciated the care he took with being in our home. Todd, the installation manager from Precision was great. He was bang on time, went methodically through the house, made recommendations on a furnace and A/C based on the things we wanted, and patiently answered all our questions. He encouraged us to get additional quotes from other businesses. We took time to consider and as soon as we said go, we were scheduled within days and two more great guys showed up and the whole system - heat and A/C were installed in one day. No mess. Dave did a great job for us plumbing our kitchen sink, hooking up the dishwasher, installing the kitchen faucet, snaking our drain, and explaining what he was doing and why. He was very professional, personable and thorough. He took the time to talk about how to keep our drain lines clean, and then went the extra mile to bring a product back to us the next day. Great service and great water! Tyler came out to help me with what turned out to be a phantom problem (but fortunately didn't make me feel like an idiot for that). While he was here he pointed out some corrosion on my fairly new copper piping and also tested my water for chlorine -- way high. I knew my tap water didn't taste great but didn't know why. Now that I have a whole house carbon filter in place, my water tastes great, and I feel comfortable knowing that I'm protecting my piping and fixtures (not to mention my body) from chlorine damage.

As usual, another great experience with this company - I've gotten quite a bit of work from this company over the past 3 years. Though they are slightly pricier than many of their competitors, I've continually received exceptional service, they have the best warranty out there (it includes labor!!), and they are wiling to cut deals on cost on higher ticket items (for example i just got a high-efficiency furnace). Greg was my HVAC installer on this occasion and went above and beyond like many of the techs I've had before (Dave was the plumber I've had in the past who was also awesome). I'll definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody!

I found Precision Plumbing & Heating by googling best plumber in Superior, CO . I called on a Thursday at 5pm and was greeted by a very professional lady who told me someone could be out the next morning at 8am. I was shocked, as it wasn t an emergency, just a clogged pipe to the disposal. Dave Day was the technician who arrived. He was prompt, courteous, clean and very knowledgeable. He fixed the clog quickly and since our disposal was 16 years old, we asked him if he could replace it with a new one. We received a fair price and it was replaced within a couple of hours. We had also been wanting to replace our Rheem (don t buy this brand!) tankless water heater with something more reliable. Dave provided a thorough estimate, fair price, warranty info and said he would be back out Monday morning! I couldn t believe how quickly all parts could be obtained and the installation done. Dave had a challenge with our current piping for tankless and tank water heaters and was able to redo it all so efficiently, clean and neat. He replaced any old fittings, hoses, pipes that were cheaply done by the builder or prior plumber with better solutions without being asked. He was meticulous and strove for the very best work possible. I can t say enough about how great Dave Day is at his profession and he s the nicest guy! We feel confident that we now have a great company and plumber for our future needs. I highly recommend Precision Plumbing and Heating and Dave Day! - a very satisfied customer!
